- speaks fluent English and able to work in multicultural environment

You will deal with skilled professionals such as welders, pipefitters, sprinkler fitters, cnc programmers and machinists, electro technicians, plumbers, air duct fitters, industrial scaffolders, isolators etc..
These are mostly experienced people from different EU countries with high expectations and need for good service and demand for clear instructions. Your job is to be a recruiter, psychologist, partner, support and manager of expectations in giving our partners (workers) the best from the market.

Regular tasks:
- Publishing adverts throughout job portals
- Pre-selection of candidates via emails and (most important) phone calls
- Making and translating of resumes into English language
- Daily communication with internal employees in Slovak/Czech or English language
- Daily communication (support) with candidates and clients in The Netherlands
- Issues/ requests solving with service/support team onsite
- Daily work with CRM systems and an internal database
- Regular work trips to The Netherlands (2-3 times a year)
