Lead Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt projects for metrics improvement through DMAIC approach
Represent Finance Payroll OE in local and global meetings/conference calls
Act as a project manager for small and medium size projects by directing, supporting and coaching project(s) team members and stakeholders and reporting on the project progress and status
Perform regular data analysis of key metrics, look for improvement opportunities, and gather feedback from stakeholders.
Conduct or Partner in end-to-end Operational Excellence Workshops like FMEA or Automation Bootcamps etc.
Prioritize implementation of improvement projects as per impact and criticality
Support team in project documentation.
Stakeholder management with senior leaders in Operations, HR, Legal, Vendors, Controllership, Compliance and technology teams.
Prepare weekly/monthly updates and present to the leaders.
